About Collison Motoring Services

Collison Motoring Services Ltd is owned by Rob and Becky Collison, but run by a whole team’s commitment to quality and customer service. Everyone at Collison’s wants to preserve, restore and refresh your car or van, so that you can love the vehicle you drive. Rob bought Collison’s in 1992, and was able to immediately set about raising the standard in independent garages, winning national awards for Customer Service and for Independent Garage of the Year within four years.

We were the first garage in the country to independently gain the Kitemark for Automotive Services (after five years, so few garages had made the grade that that particular Kitemark was discontinued in 2012), and have also joined the Bosch Car Service Network to authoritatively put a stamp of quality on the service we provide to you. Serious ongoing financial investment and partnership with Bosch and with Autologic has given us, and therefore you, access to the ultimate vehicle diagnostic equipment, training and parts provision in the UK.

Further quality assurances have been produced since, and Collison’s are proud to be members of the Trust My Garage Scheme run by the RMI and approved by the AA.  We also rely on CheckaTrade to provide independent customer assurance that we do only what you need and authorise, with fair charging and honest advice.
